2 A.M. August 30, 1975

Solitude:
That time when we are left truly alone to wonder - Who am I?
Loneliness:
Who comes in deepest night to steal away our dreams.
Disappointment:
A darkness in the soul made darker in the blackness of night.
Silence:
That terrible sound one hears when all happiness is over.

Tonight I sit alone in darkness that surrounds me.
I think of all the things I would do if only I were not so alone.
